JH-611 flux is a fluorine-containing alkaline sintered flux with an alkalinity of about 1.8, which is a gray-white spherical granular body. It is matched with 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 3Cr13 and other welding wires or welding strips for surfacing of continuous casting rolls, hot rolls, backup rolls, etc. It has the advantages of good slag detachability at high temperature, beautiful weld formation, full transition of welding wire alloy elements, The chemical composition of the welding layer is uniform, and its welding process performance and metallurgical performance are superior to those of the domestic HJ107 flux.ng loss is less, and the intercrystalline corrosion resistance is good.
1. Flux shall be baked at 300-350 ℃ for 2 hours before surfacing.
2. Rust, oil stain, water and other impurities on the weldment shall be removed before welding.
3. Overlay with DC reverse connection method.
4. Carry out the surfacing process in strict accordance with the requirements of the workpiece. Welding layer hardness: HRC48 ± 2
