FEATURES
● Fe-based high carbon Cr-C-Nb cemented carbide, highly resistant surfacing layer for impact and wear applications. High chromium cast iron is used for surfacing of parts that are subjected to heavy wear and impact and can withstand high temperatures up to 400℃.
● Solution-coated metals containing hard composite carbides in tough substrates perform particularly well in fine and coarse grain wear.

Compatibility with Base Material: It's essential to choose a hardfacing wire compatible with the base material to prevent issues such as cracking or delamination.
Welding Parameters: Proper control of welding parameters like voltage, current, and travel speed is critical for achieving the desired hardness and wear resistance in the deposited layer.
Post-Weld Treatment: In some cases, post-weld heat treatment may be required to optimize the hardness and toughness of the hardfaced layer.
